Most paper supply orders with in-stock items are shipped the same day. Paper supply orders placed after 2:00pm EST are generally processed and shipped the following business day. Please allow between 2-6 business days for all paper and ribbon supply orders to arrive for in-stock items. Shipping is always FREE. RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
All sales are final and will only be replaced if the product is damaged or if you received the wrong product. Should you need to make a return then please contact BOSTON NORTH COMPANY for a return authorization.
If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 15 days by submitting a return request here. Items must be sent back in their original packaging and the merchandise must be in the same condition as it was received.
